Hello, I’m Lizzie – Club Secretary.  I manage club administrative affairs. A late starter to running at 49 years and fitted brilliantly into the club as a steadier runner. I love to get outdoors and find running a great head emptier after a tough day; I don’t even mind running in the rain now!
