What We Do
Group Runs and Events
Our members take part in training sessions which are coordinated by our fully-qualified Run Leaders who always ensure that a variety of distances, terrain and – of course – paces are included.
The club members also participate in runs across the North East, nationally and beyond! These include regular attendance at parkruns right through to a whole host of ultramarathons! We are very proud of being able to support and encourage such a diverse community of members.
